Pinot Grigio is the most international of Italian wines. It is produced in Veneto and Trentino but the internationality of the vine allow these areas to characterize only part of the wine, giving it a touch of Italian, a little smell of our land and the sweat of our tenants. For the rest Pinot Grigio is and remains an internationally acclaimed wine. It has a yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose has hints of floral scent reminiscent of acacia flowers, with hints of pear and apricot. The flavor is complex and intense in excellent harmony. Pinot Grigio, served fresh, is excellent as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to fresh salads, appetizers or light meals based on fish.

The harvested grapes are soft pressed, The must obtained is made clear by static settling and at a temperature of 8-10°C for 12 hours. The product is then fermented with selected yeasts at 16-18°C. Once this phase is completed, the wine is stored in stainless steel vats until bottled.
