A historic wine originating in central Italy in Abruzzo also mentioned by the Roman poet Ovid. Montepulciano Abruzzo is characterized by its intense ruby red color with purple hues, an intense primary aromas of the grape and fruity flavor with a full body, strong and well balanced.
